Website terms

In short. The site is general information, not legal, medical or financial advice. The calculator and examples are estimates; we promise no results. The demo chat is an AI and can be wrong: do not rely on it for a medical, legal or financial decision, and type no real personal details. Our responsibility is limited to the fullest extent the law allows, and to USD 100, with no indirect loss. The real service starts only after a call, a written proposal and a signed agreement. 1. Who and what

These terms cover your use of learnwithbader.com (the "site"), run by Bader AI Systems (trading name of Roberto Bittar, sole trader), Mount Lebanon, Lebanon ("Bader", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

Buying our services is a separate step: it happens only through a signed client agreement after a call and a written proposal. Nothing on the site is an offer you can accept by clicking.

2. Using the site

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or use the site to harm others;
  • try to break, overload, scrape at high volume, or get around the limits of the site or the demo;
  • send us anything unlawful, abusive or misleading, or personal data of other people without a good reason;
  • pretend to be someone else.

We may block access or remove content that breaks these rules.

3. Our content

The text, designs, the Bader character, the name, logos and videos on the site belong to us or are used with permission. You may read them, share links, and quote a short extract with credit and a link back. You may not copy the site, resell our content, or present it as yours without our written permission.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve our work, without owing you anything. We do not use your confidential business information for that.

4. Information, not advice

The service uses AI. We do not guarantee that AI answers are accurate or complete and, to the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for errors in AI-generated answers. You must check important information before you rely on it.

The site, the daily "learn with me" posts and the articles are general information about the internet, websites, systems and AI. We try to be accurate and keep them current, but they are not legal, financial, medical, technical or professional advice for your situation. Check with a qualified person before you act. Examples, figures and the leak calculator are illustrations: the calculator shows an estimate from the numbers you type, it does not predict your results, and we do not promise any outcome.

5. What we do not promise

We do not promise that the site will always be available, error-free, or free of viruses. We may change or stop parts of it. We do not promise results from our services (leads, bookings, sales). What we will actually deliver is set only in a signed proposal and client agreement.

6. The "Try Bader" demo

If the site offers a demo chat:

  • It is a sample business with sample information, labelled as a demo. Replies come from an AI assistant and can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check anything important with a qualified person, and never rely on a reply for a medical, legal, financial or safety decision.
  • Do not type real personal, health, financial or confidential details. Use made-up details.
  • It has limits (number of messages, speed). We may change or stop it at any time.
  • Messages you type may be processed by our AI provider and are deleted after a short time (see the privacy policy).
  • It is not a real booking, order or contract with anyone.

7. Links to other sites

The site may link to other sites (for example WhatsApp, Instagram, a booking page). We do not control them and are not responsible for what they do. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

8. WhatsApp and social messages

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply too. Please do not send sensitive data in these chats. We use the same chat to answer you and arrange a call; see the privacy policy.

9. Limits of responsibility

To the extent the law allows:

  • we are not responsible for any loss, damage or cost that comes from using the site, the demo chat or the calculator, or from relying on anything on them;
  • we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profit, revenue, savings, data or goodwill, however it arises;
  • we are not responsible for what the AI assistant in the demo says (see section 6), or for any decision you take because of it;
  • our total responsibility to you for anything connected to the site, in any case, is limited to USD 100;
  • all of this applies to the fullest extent the law allows. Nothing here limits responsibility the law does not allow us to limit.

If you are a consumer in a country whose law gives you rights that cannot be removed by a contract, those rights stay.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the change.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Disputes go to the courts of Beirut, after you have first tried to settle it with us by writing to hello@learnwithbader.com. Rights you have under your local consumer law stay.
