Take salon bookings on WhatsApp, without the spreadsheet

Bader takes salon bookings on WhatsApp. It reads free slots from your calendar, offers them to the client in Arabic, English or Arabizi and books the one she picks (Standard plan). Anything it should not decide, such as a complaint, goes to a person on your team.

Most salon bookings start the same way: a client sends a photo and asks "do you have Thursday?" The answer depends on a diary, a spreadsheet or someone's memory, and it waits until someone is free to look. Bader answers from your services and your calendar, offers the free slots, and books the one the client picks.

What it handles for a salon

  • Services, durations and the information you list, in the client's language.
  • Free slots read from your calendar (Standard plan).
  • Collecting what your stylist needs to know: name, service, preferred day.
  • A daily summary to the manager (Standard).
  • Handing the chat to a person when the client wants something Bader should not decide, such as a complaint or a special request.

Why a calendar and not a spreadsheet

A spreadsheet shows what you typed. A calendar that Bader reads and writes to shows what is actually free. Bader works with Google Calendar, and offers only free slots.

In the language your clients write

Arabic, English and Arabizi. A client who writes "bade maw3ad el jem3a" gets a reply in the same style.

Which plan

Booking is part of the Standard plan, with up to 1,000 conversations a month. The price comes in a written proposal after a quick call.

Try a salon sample

The Try Bader page has a salon with invented information. Ask it for an appointment. Replies come from an AI and can be wrong, so do not type real personal details.

FAQ

Can clients book without calling?

Yes. They message your WhatsApp number, Bader offers free slots and books the one they choose (Standard and Plus).

Does it work with my calendar?

It works with Google Calendar. If you use something else, ask us on the call: other connections are priced in your proposal.

What if a client wants to talk to someone?

Bader passes the chat to a named person on your team. If nobody is on chat, it tells the client the team will get back to them and creates a follow-up for your staff.

Does it send reminders?

Reminders are not part of the plans described on this page. Ask us on the call what we can add; anything extra is priced in your written proposal.

Which languages?

Arabic, English and Arabizi. French is not offered.

How much does it cost?

The price comes in a written proposal after a quick call. See "Which plan" for what each plan includes.
