How Bader is set up for your business
Setting up Bader takes seven steps: a quick call, a written proposal the same day, your agreement, your business information, a test chat that you approve in writing, an independent quality check and the go-live on your own WhatsApp number. After go-live we read every conversation in the first week and review it with you on day 7.
1. A quick call
One call of about 30 minutes. We ask how customer messages reach you today, show you a live sample chat, tell you which plan fits and talk about how you would pay. There is nothing to prepare. Booking the call needs no payment.
2. A written proposal the same day
After the call you receive a proposal in writing: the scope on one page, what is included and what is not, and the price. It stays valid for 14 days. There is one call, not a series of them. Questions after the call are answered by message.
3. Agreement and first payment
If you accept, you sign the client agreement, which has its own section on data, and make the first payment. Work starts then.
4. Your business information
You send us what Bader needs to answer: services, prices you want it to state, hours, policies, the questions customers ask most and who takes handovers. Bader answers only from this information.
5. Accounts, number and test chat
We set up your Meta business account and your WhatsApp number for the assistant. Meta's business verification is the one step we do not control, and it can take days to weeks, so we give you a date in the proposal once we know where your verification stands. We load your information, prepare the message templates and run a test chat. You approve it in writing before anything goes live.
6. Quality check and go-live
An independent quality check comes before go-live. Then Bader goes live on your real number, with a named person on your team ready for handovers.
7. The first week
We read every conversation, fix wrong or missing answers and review the week with you on day 7. After that the monthly service covers hosting, monitoring, bug fixes and up to 2 hours of knowledge updates a month.
What we need from you
Your business information, the name of the person who takes handovers, and your Meta business account access when we reach step 5. That is the list.
FAQ
How long does setup take?
We do not quote a fixed time. The longest step is Meta's business verification, which Meta controls. The proposal gives you a date once we know where your verification stands.
Do I get a private demo on my business before I sign?
No. You see a live sample on the call, and you can try the sample businesses yourself on the Try Bader page. Questions after the call are answered by message.
Who writes the answers Bader gives?
You supply the information; Bader answers only from it. You approve a test chat in writing before go-live.
What if an answer is wrong after go-live?
In the first week we read every conversation and fix wrong or missing answers. After that, knowledge updates are part of the monthly service, up to 2 hours a month.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?
Yes. Bader runs on your own number and your own Meta business account.
